Caretaker (Limassol Park)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relations with the property owners and ensure that the project and services are up to standard

• Basic gardening, cleaning, maintenance and swimming pool care

• Cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and common areas

• Undertaking minor repairs

• Prevent unauthorized entries

• Previous experience or willingness to learn

• Good communication skills

• Ability to manage crisis situations

• Courteous, honest, practical

• Reliable and trustworthy

• Ability to follow health and safety regulations

• Problem-solving abilities

• Multitasking skills and ability to pay attention to detail

• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school level is required.

• Building, Engineering, hotel reception or Security qualifications are considered an advantage.

• Fluent in English, in Russia
