Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities 

• Supervise project progress, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards

• Respond to email requests from committees / clients in a timely manner

• Delegate scope of work to the relevant departments and supervise until completion

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to meet deadlines

• Prepare cost estimations and quotations

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (operations or project management)

• University degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
