Swimming Pool Technician (Vesta Holidays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain swimming pool to a safe and sanitary standard; scrub pool tiles, brush and vacuum swimming pool according to established procedures

• Check and perform preventive maintenance on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment to maintain operative condition

• Conduct chemical tests on water, apply chemicals as appropriate, order chemicals and supplies as needed

• Maintain filters, back wash and pumps according to established procedures

• Clean and disinfect pool deck area

• Drain and acid wash pool

• Identify cracks and report possible leaks

Key competencies:

• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

• Ability to follow health and safety regulations

• Fluency in Greek & English

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school level is required

• Building & Engineering qualifications will be considered as an advantage

• At least one year of experience in a similar position
